A mini is a short, styled holiday photoshoot in a fully decorated studio. The tree, the lights, the props — everything is set up before you arrive, so you just show up in your holiday outfits and we shoot. How I photograph a Christmas shoot
My style is documentary — candid and story-first, not stiff and posed. I'd rather catch your toddler reaching for an ornament or the half-second your kids start laughing than line everyone up and count to three. My background is in weddings, where I shoot as a Fearless Photographers and WPJA member, and I bring that same eye for real moments to a twenty-minute mini. You'll get enough direction to never feel lost, then I get out of the way and let it happen.
